What did Beth have to offer?

I truly believe that developing strong women is crucial for our communities. The work that your organization does to empower girls so they can grow up to be happy, healthy and strong adults is truly inspiring. I would love to be able to provide support to your organization to help you continue your amazing work! My passion is helping organizations with their tough conversations and meetings. I have extensive training in facilitating strategy, process, and creativity, as well as change management. I also have experience providing facilitation coaching and support to business professionals. I have been recognized as a thoughtful leader who takes the time to understand the teams I am supporting before providing coaching and feedback. I recently relocated with my family to Tennessee from Canada and started my own facilitation training and coaching company. I would love to help your organization improve your meeting facilitation skills!!
