What did Rachel need?
Our website is the first point of contact for many people with our organization. We want it to represent us as clearly and powerfully as possible. Having an expert give us some recommendations about how to best achieve that will be invaluable.

What did Julia have to offer?
The more I learn about website design, the more I realize that there are ample opportunities to increase accessibility and usability for so many people. I would like to do my part in solving this problem by assisting a local organization that is dedicated to providing opportunities for people with disabilities. I hope to provide additional perspective on this important work and create a tangible, lasting impact. I am familiar with HTML/CSS and have prior experience working with website creation in college at a student-led radio station. Through my job, I have created interactive dashboard landing pages for nurses to enable more efficient patient workflows. I am also familiar with Adobe tools (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), Figma, Wix, Wordpress, and have been actively learning UX/UI design methodologies and principles.
